Juhu Umbut Sawit
            Juhu Umbut Sawit is a typical food from Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan. This food is made of young palm, cooked with coconut milk and other spices. Juhu Umbut Sawit has a savoury taste and slightly sweet. Usually, this food served with grilled catfish so it makes Juhu Umbut Sawit has own flavor.  Juhu Umbut Sawit is very foreign to some people in Palangka Raya, because of his name unpopular. However, the tourist who often visit to Palangka Raya usually search this foods. Juhu Umbut Sawit served for Dayak Traditional Ceremony. For Dayak people, Juhu Umbut Sawit is a favorite food that must be served on each held events such as, Wedding Ceremony, The traditional ceremony to receive guests, etc. In conclusion, Juhu Umbut Sawit are typical and favorite foods  from Palangka Raya.
